Just take the WeatherGuard full body Bag Cover out of the pocket of the straps, completely cover your bag, and then close the cover off on the back-side of your bag.  Of course, you still have full access to your discs between the straps - now all you have to worry about is how to keep yourself dry... Drag it through a puddle, show it off to your friends, use it to cover your head and this bag will still be dry.
