The Magic is one of Gateways most popular putters and one of the best all around discs for both new players and those with more experience. It's a straight flying putt and approach disc that can be easily used by beginners because of its great glide and small amount of low speed fade.

The Super Soft Magic is also an easy to turn over disc and will hold just about any line it is thrown without hyzering out.  It's less stable than a Warlock at high and low speed fades.

The Super Soft Magic has a blunter nose than the other Gateway putters, which allows the disc to maintain longer spinning action because of the added gyroscopic weight distribution in the rim.
